What are your shipping charges?
The charge for the first item is $3.00, for the second item add $2.00 more, add $1.00 more for each additional item after two (three items $6.00, four items $7.00, etc).
How do I place a special order for something that is sold out?
Contact us, either by phone (812-544-2938) or email, and we will make special arrangements to make another pen just for you. Also contract us directly for personalized pens or for pens made from materials that you provide.
When can I expect my order to be shipped?
We try hard to ship everything the same day or next day after the order is received. Occasionally it takes a little longer if we are at a show or visiting our sone at college. We will notify you if we know it is going to take longer. Orders are shipped by USPS whenever possible. You will be notified that your order has been shipped with the automated order tracking features provided by USPS. Normally you will recieve your order between three and seven days after the order is placed.
Do you have a gurantee?
Products are warranted against defects for three years. Defects do not include textures, voids, incursions, or other naturally occurring characteristics that are inherent in the selection of a natural material. If your pen fails to function as expected at any time during the three years, contact us for return authorization and we will refund, repair or replace your pen. This warranty does not include refills, ink cartridges, pencil and other consumables.
