Warranty All products may be returned within the first 30 days after purchase for exchange if the product remains in new condition. Products are warranted against defects for three years. Defects do not include textures, voids, incursions, or other naturally occurring characteristics that are inherent in the selection of a natural material. If your pen fails to function as expected at any time during the three years, contact us for return authorization and we will refund, repair or replace your pen. We will pay the postage to ship the replacement. This warranty does not include refills, ink cartridges, pencil and other consumables.
Cancellations You man cancel your order at any time for any reason, but keep in mind that we usually ship the same day. If you decide to cancel your order, it would be best to do it quickly after ordering. Repairs If you accidently damage your pen or other item; we made them, we probably can fix them. Unfortunately, when a product is damaged, new components are often required. When we have the appropriate spare parts we will do the repairs at no charge but if it is necessary to make or buy new parts there will be a charge. Call or write and tell us about the damage and we can usually estimate how much, if anything, the repair will cost. Mailing Lists/Privacy/Security We never have and never will sell, trade or in any way distribute your personal information because we consider your privacy to be of the highest importance. Oour business could not exist without your trust and we are always prepared to do whatever it takes to earn and keep your trust. Our shopping cart is located at a secure site. Shipping We try hard to ship everything the same day or next day after the order is received. Occasionally it takes a little longer if we are at a show or visiting our son at college.. We will notify you if we know it is going to take longer. Orders are shipped by USPS whenever possible. You will be notified that your order has been shipped with the automated order tracking features provided by USPS. Normally you will recieve your order between three and seven days after the order is placed.
